Coffee machine group test benches

The coffee machine groups are one of the crucial elements in beverage vending machines: being made of plastic material, it is essential to perform an initial break-in, and then verify their functional parameters, namely motor power consumption and the hydraulic circuit sealing. The overall test is long-lasting; therefore, equipment has been designed with multiple testing stations, the number of which is defined based on the production cadence requested by the customer.

The tests performed by the Coffee Machine Group Test Bench include:

• electric power consumption control at specific points of a rotating system;
• pressure sealing control of a hydraulic circuit.

All phases can be customized with a configurable “testing recipe”. The information collected is made available to the company’s Information Systems to ensure traceability of test data for each tested product (marked with a unique serial number).
