End-of-line test bench for electric gearmotors

The system includes product identification at the entrance via barcode reader, connection to the company network for information exchange, and the collection and management of significant data during the testing cycle.
The instrumentation includes a digital milliohmmeter, tools for electrical safety tests, controlled motors and drives, a sound level meter, an accelerometer, and pressure transducers.
Complete setups with additional instrumentation for product characterization are also possible.
The basic system configuration includes:

• driving motor (integrated electric motor, speed control) and braking motor (torque control);
• epicyclic gear reducer (multiplier);
• kinematic chain for product engagement;
• high stiffness precision housing;
• hydraulic clamping of the product interface flange to the bench;
• interchangeable flanges specific to different products (to be mounted at the end of the line);
• engageable clutch group for brake holding tests;
• programmable power supply and transformer with rectifier;
• quick connection systems.
