Nitrogen and helium leak testing bench

The leak testing bench detects potential micro-leaks in complex machines using nitrogen and helium.

The application, stand-alone or integrated into an automatic assembly and testing line, verifies the sealing of complex machines, with a maximum pressure of 25 Bar, through a double test using nitrogen (base sealing) and helium (micro-leak detection with an appropriate sniffer positioned by an anthropomorphic robot on the product).

The two testing stations are independent of each other, each equipped with a control panel containing all the electromechanical equipment for power supply and interfacing with the required pneumatic actuators and measurement transducers.
