Home appliance interface panel test bench

The dashboards and interface panels (HMI) on home appliances or electronic devices constitute the only interface that the domestic user has with the product. Correct functioning is obviously indispensable, though often taken for granted by the user: it is therefore necessary to perform quality checks that allow for an assessment not only of the buttons’ functionality but also of the perceived quality conveyed to the user.

With these premises, Sytec Group has developed specific testing equipment, such as the Home Appliance Interface Panel Test Bench, capable of performing the functional testing of touch interfaces (or touch functional tests) or traditional button interfaces, integrating a series of specific and configurable measurements based on the model. These systems are designed for multi-product testing, with simple and error-proof setup modes.

The architecture of the dashboard test bench has been realized using standard software solutions.
